Budget Committee Meeting and Public Hearing

NOTICE OF 6th BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING and PUBLIC HEARING

The 6th meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Oakridge, Lane County, to discuss the proposed budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 will be held in the Oakridge City Hall Conference Room, 48318 E. 1st Street, Oakridge, Oregon. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, May 14, 2020 at 6:00pm.   A copy of the budget and this notice may be inspected by appointment at City Hall, between 8:00am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday and is also available on the City’s website at: www.ci.oakridge.or.us.  This is a public hearing. Current circumstances dictate a teleconference be conducted. Citizens may connect remotely on their computer, tablet or smartphone by going to https://zoom.us/j/3664311610. While discouraged due to the COVID-19 situation, attending in person at the WAC will still be available.  This is a Public Hearing at which public comment will be heard on possible uses of State Revenue Sharing Funds. This will include written or oral comments (whether attending remotely or in person). Written comment may be sent to cityadministrator@ci.oakridge.or.us by 2pm on May 14,2020. Public comment on this subject will also be taken at a Public Hearing conducted by the City Council which will be scheduled and noticed to the public during the budget adoption process.
