Transient Room Tax (TRT) Block Grant Program

All Uptown and Highway 58 building owners are eligible to apply for the City of Oakridge TRT Block Grant Program!

Block Grants provide up to 50% of project costs (up to $1,000) per project for eligible projects. See the attachments below, email cityadministrator@ci.oakridge.or.us, or call (541) 782-2258 for more information. 

Block Grants can be used for: 

  • Exterior painting or murals
  • Minor exterior renovations
  • Landscaping
  • Outdoor furniture
