City of Oakridge Real Estate Agent of Record

The City of Oakridge invites applications from licensed agents or brokers to act as “Real Estate Agent of Record” to provide the City with real estate sales services to market and represent the City of Oakridge in the sale and/or purchase of real property.

The City invites qualified individuals or firms to submit proposals based upon the scope of work contained in the RFP. A copy of the RFP can be obtained by contacting Bryan Cutchen, City Administrator, PO Box 1410, Oakridge, OR 97463 by email at cityadministrator@ci.oakridge.or.us. The RFP is also posted on the City of Oakridge website at ci.oakridge.or.us.

SEALED PROPOSALS, in writing, clearly marked “Real Estate Agent Proposal” will be received by the City of Oakridge, c/o Bryan Cutchen, City Administrator, PO Box 1410 Oakridge, OR 97463, until 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 1, 2020.  Facsimile proposals will not be accepted and late proposals will be returned to the applicant unopened.

The City of Oakridge may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements. The City of Oakridge may cancel the procurement or reject any and all proposals in accordance with ORS 279 B.100.
