Round 4 Emergency Small Business Grants - Apply Now!

To Small Business Owners (and partners who can help spread the word) in Lane, Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties,

Business Oregon just announced the start of their Round 4 (and final) Emergency Small Business Grants. Eligibility is expanded for Round 4, so even if you’ve been ineligible before, please read on.

Community Lending will begin accepting applications immediately, on a first come, first served basis. We have only a few weeks to deploy all funds, but if we deploy them quickly enough, we may be able to request more from the state! (Note, this program is separate from County-funded grants currently available in Lane County and soon in Lincoln County.)

General Eligibility Criteria (additional fine print criteria can be found in the application form):

        The business has 25 or fewer employees;
        Was shut down from Exec Order 20-12, or experienced at least a 25% decline in revenue due to COVID;
        Received less than $100,000 from CARES-funded and/or other federal programs (including PPP, EIDL, and other CARES funding)

Funding Available (increased from previous rounds!):

        Business with 2 or fewer employees (including sole proprietor) - $5000
        Businesses with 3 or more employees - $2000 x Number of Employees (as reported on OED Form 132 from any of the last 4 quarters)
        Note: If you received funding from a Business Oregon emergency grant in Rounds 1-3, but received less than you are now eligible for, you can apply for the difference using a Supplemental Application Form.
