CITY OF OAKRIDGE SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT NOTICE OF INTENT

The City of Oakridge (City) intends to enter into a purchase contract with The Automation Group, Inc. (TAG) for labor and materials in the amount of $10,997.00 for installing a 56 channel auto-dialer at the City of Oakridge Wastewater Treatment Plant. The city chose a sole source contract as TAG is the City of Oakridge Automator of Record and for the efficient use of professional services which requires the acquisition of services only available from one source. Prospective vendors can comment on the City's intent to purchase from The Automation Group, Inc. by submitting written comments to the City Administrator, PO Box 1410 Oakridge Oregon 97463 no later than January 29, 2022.
