Lane Regional Air Pollution Agency (LRAPA) — Air Quality

LRAPA is the regional agency operating under the laws governing the State DEQ. LRAPA is responsible for regulating air quality in Lane County (see the LRAPA link below).

LRAPA’s mission is to protect the public health in Lane County, in which Oakridge is located, by achieving and maintaining clean air standards.

The website links for permits specifies permits that are required for sources referred in Table 1 of Rules and Regulations Title 37.

Businesses should consult this website and Table 1 for regulation requirements for their installation and products manufacturing.
