Oregon Telecommunications Relay Service (OTRS)

A free service that is available to all Oregonians and allows those with hearing and speech disabilities to place and receive calls through specially trained Relay Operators (ROs).


United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development

Provides financial programs that support public facilities and services such as sewer systems, housing, health clinics, emergency service facilities and electric and telephone service.  Promotes economic development by supporting loans to businesses through credit unions, banks and lending pools.  Works to help rural individuals, communities, and businesses obtain the financial and technical assistance needed to address diverse and unique needs.


National Telecommunications & Information Administration

Serves the executive branch - principally responsible for advising the President on telecommunications and information policies.  Performs telecommunications research and engineering and administers infrastructure and and public telecommunications facilities grants.


Office of Telecommunications and Information Applications (OTIA)

Assists public and non-profit entities in effectively using telecommunications and information technologies to better provide public services and advance other national goals. In addition, the office is administering programs that are helping the nation's transition to digital television.

Lane Council of Governments

Provides cost-effective technology services to participating agencies.

Assists with telecommunications management and operation, regional information systems planning and coordination, metro television, GIS and Data services, and Regional Land Information Database.
