St. Vincent de Paul's Business Incubator

Business incubation is a business support process that accelerates the successful development of start-up and fledgling companies by providing entrepreneurs with an array of targeted resources and services. St. Vincent de Paul’s Oakridge Business Incubator (SOBIS) provides an inexpensive home for small businesses, particularly those run by low-income people, during their start-up phase. Tenants can rent a space at the Business Incubator for up to three years. There are a total of eight office spaces and one retail location available.

The Uptown

The Uptown is a perfect location in Oakridge! On First Street across from City Hall and police department, The Uptown is in the heart of the business district. You are within walking distance of the post office,  three financial institutions, a bakery, two other eating establishments, and other businesses. If someone goes to the post office or  bank, they are within a block of YOU. This is away from the busy traffic and trucks on Hwy 58.
