Proposed Subdivisions

The following proposed subdivisions have already been surveyed, engineered and plotted.

Middle Fork Village

G - Middle Fork Village

A 6 acre river front Planned Unit development that will involve the pre-construction of 15 living units with access to a common space for enjoyment of all the home owners. Views across the river are forest and wildlife restrictive zoning to this view land prohibits future development. VERY desirable location in the city limits of Oakridge with city services.

Newton's Tree

E - Newton's Tree

Surveyed and engineered with hope of providing a 1.75 acre tract for a senior assisted living facility plus another 2.82 acre subdivision campus of 14 lots for retirement/independent living homes. The 'campus' will be adjacent to a revetment/walkway that provides access to the Salmon Creek river for fishing, swimming, walking the dog and just watching the water world go by. This proposed site is in the city of Oakridge with access to city services but infrastructure issues need to be worked out.

Westfir Mill Site

Westfir Mill Site Development

The remaining 49 acres of the old Hines Lumber Co. mill site in Westfir, has been surveyed and engineered to provide 96 buildable parcels, less about 2 acres for a fire pond and river bank setbacks. Construction sites will be prepared for home building in phases based on demand. Here again, all of the proposed lots will be either have river frontage or be directly accessible to the North Fork of the Willamette River. Lot size minimum will be 8,400 sq. ft. of land space. Infrastructure services will be in place.
