Restricted Access to City Hall Lobby

Due to the Covid-19 precautions access to the City Hall lobby has been restricted to City personnel only unless you have an appointment with a City employee. We are also working with limited office staff during this period so ask for your patience.

Please make payments for water bills on line or by phone or by mail if possible. If you wish to drop a payment off at the office please drop it in the mail slot. If you wish to pay in person by debit or credit card please summon the office staff and they will process the payment and return your card and receipt. Please call if you have any questions regarding your bill or water service. Other payments such as rent can be made by mail or in person in the same manner.

 

If you need permit documents please summon the office staff and they will furnish the documents. Complete and return them by mail or in person using the same process and to make permit payments. If you need to meet with the planning staff or Community Service Director to complete the documents or discuss planning or permit matters please make an appointment to do so.

Many documents related to setting up utility accounts or the permit processes can be E-mailed to your location or can be e-mailed back to City Hall when completed. Please call if you do not know the e-mail address of the specific person or use the City’s web site to find the address of the City employee you need at: www.ci.oakridge.or.us.

 The office staff is available to take your calls. There may be some delays as we are operating with limited staff so please be patient. In addition the City Administrator, Finance Director and Community Service Director are on site to respond to critical questions or needs.
