The following proposed subdivisions have already been surveyed, engineered and plotted.

Existing Subdivisions
A - Hiland Ranch
A nine parcel layout, each of which are approximately 1/3 acre in size offering mountain views and walking distance to the golf course. All of the lots are now sold, but not all are built on. Has "Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions".
B - Elk Meadows
A 74 acre tract divided into 200 parcels. Plans are to develop this subdivision in 7 separate phases. Phases 1 and 2 have been offering 39 shovel-ready lots for immediate construction. This subdivision is an extension of Hiland Ranch and overlooks the golf course, has spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and glorious sunsets. Has "Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions"
C - Meadow Way Court
A 16 parcel development that now has 7 lots with Craftsman-built 1-2 story homes. Average lot size is 7,500 square feet. No home may have less than 1,400 square feet of living space. Mountain views are spectacular. Has "Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions".
D - Salmon Creek Estates
A 19 acre site that has been subdivided into 74 parcels with an average size of 6,000 square feet each. There now are 35 completed lots with 39 additional lots that need paved street and curbs. Six of the lots are presently built on, 4 of which are occupied. Salmon Creek Estates is connected to a revetment/footpath between the development and the river. The pathway provides access to fishing, swimming holes, and just pleasure strolling. Views of the forested mountains are breathtaking.
F - Twin Peaks
A small 9 parcel subdivision across from the high school track field. Four of these parcels are built upon. Great location and close to high, middle and elementary schools and walking distance to grocery store, post office and banks.
H - Westfir Land Development
Consists of 35 parcels on both sides of Westfir Road along the North Fork of the Willamette River. Nineteen of the lots are situated on the riverside of the road. "Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions" apply
